We use only the finest & freshest ingredients, sourcing through local suppliers whenever possible. With our highly trained kitchen team, our menu explores global food trends while staying true to our Cape Breton roots.

To honour and pay tribute to the founding shareholders, who should be deservingly recognized, and as a way to ensure that their legacy lives on, our restaurant is proudly named “Founders" after them.
